Due to the highly personalized and custom-made nature of our products, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. All sales are final.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@medalmonday.club with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem, which may include a replacement at our discretion.
